  The Block Northway is seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and tenants. We are specifically looking for an individual available to work evenings and weekends, with typical shifts ranging from approximately 3 PM – 8 PM, 4 PM – 9 PM, or 5 PM – 10 PM in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities include general cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces; trash removal; light maintenance tasks; assisting with event setup and breakdown; and responding to on-site maintenance needs as they arise.
The position offers flexible part-time hours with a pay range of $16- $18 per hour, based on experience. Candidates must be dependable, able to work independently, and willing to take direction as needed.
