PITTSBURGH —– The Block Northway is pleased to recognize, along with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, “National Farmers Market Week”, August 7-13. The Block Northway and I Made It! Market have consistently partnered to bring about their fifth annual season of a weekly Farmers Markets every Friday through September 30th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the south corridor located between DSW and Lands’ End.
“We’re glad that we feature this unique indoor/outdoor farmer’s market at The Block Northway. It’s an opportunity for guests to support locally grown farm fresh goods, rain, or shine!”, said Jamie Pavlot, Director of Experience. “Our farmer’s market has become a destination that folks look forward to each week as a way to reconnect with one another”.
The Block Northway Farmer’s Market, produced in partnership with I Made It! Market is a weekly farmer’s market that features a diverse collection of local artisan vendors offering fresh, locally grown produce, cheeses, local honey, fine spirits, flowers, unique hand-made gifts, food trucks, entertainment and much more. All vendors and food truck participants will be announced weekly through The Block Northway’s Facebook and Instagram page at www.theblocknorthway.com.
