PITTSBURGH —– The Block Northway will feature weekly entertainment during the Farmer’s Market and Food Truck events every Friday from 3-6 p.m. through September 30th.  The month of September offers a wide range of musical genres.  Local artists, and musicians will perform during these events rain or shine in the unique indoor/outdoor south corridor, located between DSW and Lands’ End.  September’s line-up includes Elias Khouri – September 2nd, Brandon Krul – September 9th, Fia – September 16th, Maddie Mackie – September 23rd and North Hills Harmony Line Chorus – September 30th .  The full concert schedule, vendors and food truck listing is available online at www.theblocknorthway.com

Farmer’s Market, produced in partnership with I Made It Market, is a weekly farmer’s market featuring a diverse collection of local vendors offering fresh, locally grown produce, cheeses, local honey, fine spirits, flowers, unique hand-made gifts, and much more. Listing of vendors and food truck participants will be announced weekly through The Block Northway’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

A taste of the featured Farmers Market vendors will include Jodikinos Farms, The Olive Tap, The Cakery, Wigle Whiskey and Threadbare Cider, Boyd & Blair, PSquare Scents llc, Glass Jewelry by Ashley, Vibo’s Italian Bakery, Nedal Gyro, and many more.

A variety of Food Trucks will alternate and participate each week to include Udderly Fresh Ice Cream, Cousins Maine Lobster, Hoshi, Emporio Meatballs, Pappy’s Kettle Corn, Mia Taqueria, Kona Ice, Franktuary, Rolling Meatballs, Kung Fu Tea, By The Wayside Coffee.
